The final goal is to create a multidisciplinary network. Endometriosis is a common and
important health problem for women. It is a disease in which the functional endometrium
is present in locations other than the inner lining of the uterus. Periodontal disease and
endometriosis share a common pathogenesis as evidenced by some studies.
